feel like a flower just got watered
I finished hanja midterm exam! but still there's a long way to go on...
well, today I did a big step! I baked a pizza!!
pizza is not a traditional food here, I mean to bake it at home
we usually order it instead
and 1 box of pizza is too much for me
I just want a piece of pizza
(do you understand me?)
...that's the reason why I decided to bake it!!
I don't have pictures of ingredients and the steps, sorry
but I have the RECIPE
this is how my pizza look like :)
it was just out of the oven so you can see how cheesy it is
for the pizza dough, you need:
1 tsp of instant yeast
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/3 cup luke warm water
+ mix these three together and let it set for about 10 mins +
100g bread flour
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt
+ after 10 minutes, mix all of the ingredients+
+ knead the dough until it's homogenize, and cover with a damp cloth for an hour+
now let's move on to the pizza sauce!
I haven't name the sauce yet
it's a bit fusion of western and eastern
my brother call it spicy cheesy but I think it's a bit plain LOL
all you need for the sauce is:
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp chili pepper powder
1 tsp Gochujang(Korean condiment)
minced garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
+ just mix it all!+
+ be sure to warm your oven to 180c +
I used bacon and sliced tomato and cheese (Cheddar & Mozzarella)
and that's all of the stuff!!
now after and hour, knead your dough again and shape it into a thin round shape
I spread a thin layer of salted butter on it too
and next spread your sauce, be sure to left the edge about 1-2 cm
now place the prepared bacon, tomato and cheese

I use some basil for my handsome pizza!
bake for 10-12 mins
you'll find your pizza is covered with cheese!!
the final product will be like this!
I served it with Italian spice, and no need more ketchup :)

*don't add too much oyster sauce, it'll smell like Chinese dish instead*
*this is a thick n' soft dough type*
*I used whole wheat flour*
